To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To return a product to SMADA, please follow these steps:

  •  Contact Client Services: Register your return online by emailing us at info@smadaaccessories.biz.
  • Prepare Your Package: Ensure the product is in its original packaging with the original receipt included.
  • Condition for Refund: Items must be in a resell able condition to qualify for a refund. We gladly accept returns of handbags in their original condition.
  • Wearable Items: Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on wearable items unless they can be resold.
  • Pre-Paid Label**: Place the pre-paid label, included within your order, on your package. Cover old address labels with the new pre-paid label and securely seal your package using the adhesive strip on the inside of the box.
  • Deliver to UPS**: Drop your package off at any UPS store or pick-up location.
  • Support and Understanding**: We value your support and strive to provide the best service possible, but please understand that there may be occasional factors beyond our control.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We inspect all orders to reassure the item is in the best condition. If damaged please send us sufficient information to info@smadaaccessories.biz so we can make your luxury item correct. We can't control the shipping and handling. If an item is damaged during shipping please contact the carrier.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods,  wearables such as: clothing, hats and slides due to covid we will not expect, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want isto return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be automatically returnedwithin 1-3 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for this to process and post the refund.
